As a health care administrator there are many challenges that have to be faced. Health care administrators have to deal with a very demanding career with all things health care on a constant change. The changing of health care with new developments is what causes health care administrators to have such a tough job. They have to make sure that they stay up to date on the changes happening. The main two challenges that I think will be faced is communication to employees and staying up to date with trending health care issues. Communication is a huge challenge for health care administrators. Communication is not just a struggle when dealing with health care issues but it is also a challenge in every day life. Without communication being at a great point people have to deal with a lot of issues. Communication has to be dealt with up front because it causes a change in understanding. I believe that in order for health care administrators to give awesome communication to their employees that they must conduct meetings. A study in Korea investigated the overall diet quality which was measured by nutrient intake adequacy, nutrient density, and dietary habits in children with CKD. The study was conducted in 19 children ages 10-19 who were under MNT. Based on the nutritional status the study found that z scores (Z scores came from the healthy Korean pop 2007 charts.) of height and serum protein were significantly (p 75. Intakes of calcium, potassium, and folate were positively correlated with BUN, protein intakes were not. Diet quality decreased as kidney function was also decreased.
